One of the boldest transformations was pulling the front of the house forward, allowing for a dramatic 20-foot-high entry volume that sets the tone for the entire home. To maintain an open, uninterrupted flow, we engineered a single 1” all-thread to support the second story—eliminating posts near the feature stairwell and letting the architecture breathe. Every detail was considered to create a seamless connection between structure and environment, drawing from the textures of sand, stone, and wood to craft a palette that feels both grounded and timeless.
